Mike Semira is my personal affiliate manager at CXDigital, I was very impressed with their presence at the Affiliate Summit West convention last month. They had a great booth location, and everyone in the company was great to talk to, we also had a lot of fun at the gathering they put together during the event. Stressing the "Affiliate to Manager" relationship - always important.

Indeed it is Dan. This is why I am changing managers for one of my affiliate network (I won't disclose which one in respect). Not to go into details, I just feel the "affiliate-to -manager" relationship you mentioned just isn't happening. I want to note that since we are on this subject, for any future readers who catches this comment off hand, you are never stuck with any one particular affiliate manager if you are unhappy for any reason. Keep in mind that you are not just a publisher (affiliate) for the company (network), you are also a customer (you help generate income for them). Like most businesses, the customer is always right (or they should be; as a disclaimer this should also depend on circumstances but that is how the saying goes) and therefore should always be open to options.
Hey that's my affiliate manager! Seems like a good guy, and good manager so far.
